A match made in Heaven!?

Fish & chips with Emerson’s Pilsner is a match made in heaven!
Cripsy and salty fish & chips pairs perfectly with the light malty sweetness and lengthy dry finish of the Pilsner.
Not a bad drop then!

What better style of beer to have at the back end of summer than a pint refreshing of Kolsch. With a pinch of Lemon Grass and Chili this is an ancient beer style with a modern twist! This is a limited edition seasonal release so get in quick before it runs out!

2018 Press Freedom Debate

Posted on May 5, 2018

On the 3rd of May we held the annual 2018 Press Freedom Debate!

This years moot was ‘‘the observers of politics are smarter than the politicians’’

Grant Walker is the chairman for the night, and was joined by the likes of Nicola Willis, Kris Faafoi, Peter Dunne, Kieran McAnulty, Jane Clifton and David Townsend. It certainly was a powerful clash of powerful minds and personalities.

Thank you so much to everyone who came! It was a fantastic night full of quips, anecdotes and wisdom!
We hope you all took away the message of how important and free and fair press is!
All money raised from ticket sales went to the Media Safety and Solidarity Fund, which provides support to journalists and media workers in the Asia-Pacific region.
